Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats (1 serving)
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 6 oz. blueberry greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, or low-fat milk
- 1-2 drops vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- fresh or frozen blueberries
1. Combine all ingredients and mix together. Place in the fridge overnight. Serve cold.
