Eggnog Waffles
- 2 cups flour (extra flour included for high altitudes, original recipe called for 1 3/4 cups)
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Eggnog
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil (added for high altitudes, not included in original recipe)
- 6 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Mix all your wet ingredients together.
3. Pour wet ingredients into your dry ingredients. Pour onto waffle iron.
4. Top as desired. Serve warm!
